Prefabrication system for heater or refrigerator coils - includes extending ends with bending and cutting at angle ready for welding

Abstract

A coil for a heater or refrigerator, which is to be attached to other coils during prefabrication, to cover a given area, has its ends extended beyond the length of the bends, bent outwards, and cut off at an angle, ready for welding to the next coil of a set. To obtain this angle, the coil is of a size such that it can be contained in a square (Q), with the tips of the cut ends (13) fitting into the diagonally opposite corners, the cut faces being parallel to opposite sides. The coils can then be assembled in sets in line, or in various other patterns, where the square (Q) is used as a module.
